At Ghost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ghost garment tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
